SAYING GOOD BYE TO LILI... :(

Last Thursday we were a bit sad, because as you know, our language assistant (LILI) came back home.

To say good bye, she made her beautiful flag with the pupils from 5th grade. Look:

As you can see, this is not the right flag of the United States of America! There are not 50 stars! There are only 20!
That's because they made a special U.S.A. flag! This is the 5th grade's U.S.A. flag!!! If you look at carefully the stars, you can see the name of the pupils! One star for each pupil :)

LILI:

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.
WE'LL MISS YOU.
GOOD LUCK.

II BILINGUAL SCHOOL MEETING

Two weeks ago, 14th of May, the 1st grade pupils, the teacher Annabelle, Inma and Lili went to the Beaterio School to have the II Bilingual School Meeting!

We had a very nice day practising English through different games. It was really fun. Just look at the pictures:

Firstly, they played a game to form the groups of children.

 Amanda has got her team!

Jose Manuel has got his team, too!

All the groups are ready!

One of the games was... Mr. Crocodile:

And another game... Simon says...:

The Mr. Cangrejo team is ready to play!

 Simon says... touch your nose!

Simon says... raise your arms!

The next game was... British Bulldogs:

Come on! Run as fast as you can ;)

Have you ever played Twister

 Right hand in red!

Left foot in red!

Now... let's dance with Elbow to elbow!

 Back to back :)

 Foot to foot!

Head to head!!

And now Pin the tail on the donkey!

Come on, Abel!

 You can do it!

You got it ;)

Did you like the games? If they did, the children had to stamp these passports:

Look at the stamps of Julio and Sandra! They liked Simon says...

Finally, everybody could dance the Hockey Cockey!

To finish the Bilingual Meeting, the teachers of the Beaterio and Juan Armario Schools presented the children a nice Certificate of Participation.

Good work pupils! We hope you like this enjoyable bilingual meeting.

See you soon ;)
